Kairality helps creators research YouTube content and analyze channel performance. This policy describes what we collect, why we use it, and your choices.

• Account data — When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth.
• Usage data — Search queries, saved videos, settings, and in-app activity needed to operate the service.
• Technical data — Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability.

How we use information

• Authenticate you and provide Idea mode features.
• Display research results and saved content.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Third-party services

We use Google Sign-In and the YouTube Data API. Their use of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data retention

Account and saved content persist while your account is active. You may delete saved items; contact us to request account deletion.

Security

Access to saved data is limited to authenticated users with appropriate team roles.
