Agreement

By accessing or using Kairality, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Kairality provides YouTube research tools (Idea mode) and channel analytics (Track mode). Features depend on third-party APIs and your authorization. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Access may be limited by invitation, team role, or administrator policy.

YouTube and Google

Track mode requires you to authorize access to your YouTube channel via Google OAuth. You must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable Google API policies. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your channel in Settings.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape beyond permitted API use, interfere with other users, or use Kairality for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Intellectual property

Kairality software, branding, and UI are owned by the service operator. YouTube content displayed in the app remains subject to respective owners' rights. You retain rights to your own channel data and research you create.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." Analytics and scores are informational estimates, not guarantees of performance. YouTube data may be delayed or incomplete. We are not liable for decisions you make based on displayed metrics.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
